At Aberdeen Mills, we believe being involved with our neighbors and our community at large creates a beautiful connection between what we are doing on our own farm and what the community is wanting to accomplish. Together we are stronger and can accomplish more – not just for our and other local businesses, but also for the greater good of the natural environment and those that enjoy it!

We support local initiatives to save and restore the Conewago Creek, encourage plantings of native trees and other flora, safe and natural farming practices, preservation of historical sites and educational opportunities for children and adults.

4‑H is delivered by Cooperative Extension—a community of more than 100 public universities across the nation that provides experiences where young people learn by doing. For more than 100 years, 4‑H has welcomed young people of all beliefs and backgrounds, giving kids a voice to express who they are and how they make their lives and communities better.

Winters Heritage House Museum & The Seibert Genealogy Research Library

“The Winters Heritage House Museum seeks to preserve local history by engaging community support to identify buildings of historic significance; develop educational experiences that recognize contributions of early cultural groups in the greater Elizabethtown area; and acquiring artifacts, texts, and documents of historic value.”

  • Aberdeen Mills is located in the beautiful country setting of Elizabethtown, PA. The homes were built in 1770 and the grist mill on the property built in 1774 - just 2 years before the American Revolution! We offer farmstays and fresh eggs. Come enjoy the nearly 40 acres of woodlands, creek and pasture and relax in the serene setting we provide.
